Your Business Your Future MD, Gerard Burke, has just accepted an invitation to be a judge at the prestigious National Business Awards (www.nationalbusinessawards.co.uk) for the second year in a row. Gerard will be judging the Health, Work and Well-being Award for Small Businesses.
Remarkably, of the 10 finalists in the category, two are businesses whose owner managers have participated in programmes run by Gerard and other members of the Your Business Your Future team.
Of his appointment, Gerard says, “I greatly enjoyed my experience of judging at the National Business Awards last year and I’m thrilled to be involved again this year. All successful owner managers know that they need to look after their people. So, the Health, Work and Well-being award is hugely important and demonstrates the huge contribution that small businesses make to the well-being of their whole communities. I’m feeling good about it already!”
